THE BOOK

The Two Flowers Food Company was sprouted from a necessity for a gluten free life.  We will  produce healthy foods without sacrificing taste or quality.  This cookbook is a result of that goal.  It gives great insight to stocking a gluten free kitchen, tips on  food and kitchen utensil preparation, and professional insight on eating out.​

The third flower who has helped me so much has been named “Lilly” even though her name is Kara Spidle, my daughter.  Daisy felt this would be a perfect name for her!
